This Privacy Policy describes how the Adisyo Helper Chrome extension (“the extension”, “we”, “us”) handles information. We designed the extension to work without collecting or storing any personal data about you.

Data Collection

We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information. The extension does not use analytics, tracking technologies, cookies, or user profiling.

Data Processing (Local Only)

To show reminders, the extension reads order/product information directly from your own Adisyo POS account and processes it locally on your device. This information is used only momentarily to determine whether a reminder should be shown and is not retained by the extension.

Third‑Party Services

The extension can communicate with the following services strictly to provide its core functionality:

Adisyo POS API (https://api.adisyo.com) – to fetch order and product data from your account.
Mailgun (optional) (https://api.eu.mailgun.net) – only if you enable email reminders, the extension will request Mailgun to send an email to the address you configure. The extension itself does not store email content or addresses.

We do not send any information to other third parties and we do not use data for advertising or analytics.

Permissions

The extension uses the minimum required Chrome permissions:

Host permissions to access api.adisyo.com for retrieving POS data.
Notifications to display local reminders about missing or unsubmitted orders.

Permissions are used solely for the features described and never for data collection.

Data Retention

The extension does not retain any personal data. Temporary data used for reminders exists only in memory while the extension is running and is not written to persistent storage by the extension.

Children’s Privacy

The extension is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and publish the revised version on this page.
